Refund Policy

General

All ticket holders are allowed to place a ticket refund request within 48 hours, otherwise stated in this Refund Policy. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after 48 hours of the purchase unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled. Full refunds will be issued for events that are cancelled. For events that are postponed or rescheduled and refunds that are within 48 hours will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 6-7 Business days.

Event Postponement, Rescheduling & Refund Requests

If an event is postponed, rescheduled & Refund request that will be within 48 hours refund will be issued at the discretion of the event organizer. The event organizer will be responsible for notifying ticket holders of any refund options and procedures.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the following information:

  • Your order confirmation number.
  • The name of the event.
  • The date and time of the event.
  • The reason for your request.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

The following exceptions that void our Refund Policy:

  • Tickets purchased through a third-party reseller.
  • Tickets purchased for events that are specifically designated as non-refundable.
  • Tickets that have been damaged or altered
  • Tickets that are used
