Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website or services of TICKHOST, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and all services provided by TICKHOST. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

 

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions will apply:

  • “Ticket” means a document or electronic record that grants the holder the right to attend an Event.
  • “Order” means a request to purchase one or more Tickets through the Site.
  • “Order Confirmation” means an electronic or physical document that confirms the purchase of one or more Tickets.
  • “Organizer” means the person or entity that is responsible for producing and presenting an Event.

Orders and Tickets

When you place an Order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase Tickets from TICKHOST. We may accept or reject your Order at our sole discretion. If your Order is accepted, We’ll send you an Email Confirmation.

Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Refund Policy. Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold. We reserve the right to cancel any Ticket if it is suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid Ticket to attend an Event. You will not be admitted to an Event without a valid Ticket.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you are entitled to a refund, we’ll process your refund within 6-7 business days of receiving your request.

 

Cancellations and Postponements

Organizers may cancel or postpone Events for a variety of reasons. If an Event is postponed or cancelled, we will do our best to notify ticket holders and will work with the Organizer to determine if refunds will be issued.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TICKHOST be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of OR in connection with your use of the site or any content or services provided on the site, event if TICKHOST has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TICKHOST and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Government laws.
